ABOUT
After fifty years of active litigation, I have been appointed a Supreme Court of South Carolina Certified Mediator. I have for many years as a litigator participated in an untold number of mediations.
Years ago, our office staff adopted an off the street, a big old Tom cat we named Butch. Unfortunately, Butch would stay out all night and returned on occasion in need of veterinary care. Our Vet recommended that Butch be neutered. Butch no longer incurred large Vet bills. However, he still on occasion stayed out all night. The Vet told me not to worry, Butch was now a mediator.
So, in the spirit of Butch I have chosen to come to the fray as a neutral.
